- 1 pack of mushrooms
- Half a glass of fresh YÖRÜKSÜT cheddar grated
- 1 tablespoon of YÖRÜKSÜT butter
- 2 charliston peppers
- Salt and red pepper flakes
Mushrooms are thoroughly washed and roots are separated. If there is a small casserole dish, if not, it is placed in my debt. Put a small piece of butter in each of them. Then a little salt and grated cheddar cheese are added. After cooking, sprinkle with spices. If you want, you can add pepper to get a more colorful look.
