Materials
- Half a pack of pasta
- 3 glasses of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of oil (butter works great, but I use 3 tablespoons of olive oil)
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 handful of grated cheddar (for the top)
Boil your pasta in water with a little salt. Let it soften well. While your pasta is boiling, put your oil in the pan, add the flour and fry a little, add the milk and cook by stirring constantly. After it has cooled down a bit, add 1 glass of cheddar cheese and beaten egg yolk and mix well. Add the pasta and mix it well, then put it in your greased baking dish and sprinkle a handful of grated cheddar on it. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
