- 1 bunch of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 spring onions
- 400 g feta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chopped dill
- 2 eggs
- Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
- 6 sheets of dough
- Olive oil
- Sesame
Clean the spinach and wash it with plenty of water. Boil for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and add to a bowl filled with cold water. Drain and chop well. Clean and chop the spring onions. Heat the olive oil in the pan. Add the onion and fry it. Warm up from the stove. Add the feta cheese, parmesan, dill, 2 eggs, nutmeg and roasted onions to the spinach and mix, spread the first phyllo on a flat surface and add the spinach paste on it. Wrap it in a roll. Wrap the roll around itself and place it on a greased tray. Prepare the other phyllo in the same way and place them on the tray. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
