  • 3 phyllo dough
  • 500 g feta cheese
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation of

Let’s whisk the milk, egg and oil in a deep bowl. Let’s crush the feta cheese and add the chopped parsley. Let’s lay the first of the dough on the counter and spread it with a lot of mortar on it. Let’s sprinkle 13 of the filling material on the dough. Let’s shrink the dough from both sides to the middle and cut it from the middle like this. Let’s place it on the baking tray. After applying the same process for the other phyllo dough, let’s spread the remaining mortar on the pastry and bake it in the oven at 170 degrees until it turns golden.
